Tus principales funciones serán:

  • Alcanzar la máxima satisfacción del cliente asegurando un mercado atractivo y acogedor.
  • Seleccionar y realizar pedidos de producto según necesidades específicas de la tienda y en coordinación con la Dirección de Producto.
  • Realizar pruebas optométricas y otros servicios de gabinete para la detección de necesidades visuales.
  • Brindar asesoramiento profesional de la salud visual a los clientes en monturas y lentes.
  • Asegurar una acogida comercial que transmita los valores de marca.
  • Hacer seguimiento de los KPIs y llevar a cabo estrategias comerciales y activaciones para conseguir los objetivos marcados.
  • Detectar oportunidades en el área de contactología, adaptando y prescribiendo la mejor solución.
  • Dirigir y liderar a su equipo, centrando el valor en el producto y el servicio.
  • Planificar y hacer seguimiento de la formación de su equipo, promoviendo el desarrollo profesional de su equipo.
  • Participar en procesos de selección y acogida del equipo junto al equipo de RRHH.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:


Nos encantará conocerte si sientes pasión por el comercio, el food y las personas, y si cuentas con: - Diplomatura o Grado de óptica y optometría - Valorable: Máster en optometría o contactología avanzada - Imprescindible conocimientos en optometría clínica y contactología, taller de óptica básico.

- Experiência previa, al menos 1 años, desarrollando funciones similares. - Usuario/a habitual de herramientas y software de gestión óptica. - Amplio conocimiento de Excel y entornos de trabajo Workspace Google. - Buen nível de idioma inglés (B2)
