Finance & Controlling Manager.
Tu misión será coordinar, supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los procedimientos administrativos y contables que rigen el funcionamiento interno del hotel y realizar análisis y comparativos sobre la gestión de ingresos y gastos, detectando posibles desviaciones y optimizando los recursos humanos y materiales a su disposición.
Tus funciones principales serán:
- Facturación del global del hotel bajo su responsabilidad.
- Supervisión de la contabilidad para asegurar la veracidad de esta.
- Custodia y Contabilización de las facturas de proveedores.
- Control de las cajas, efectivo y divisas del Hotel. Realización de arqueos.
- Control de TPVs y gestiones con Entidades bancarias.
- Realización, control y seguimiento de presupuestos.
- Asegurar el control y seguimiento sobre los procesos del departamento.
- Mantener en custodia y de forma ordenada el archivo documentario del departamento.
- Administrar y controlar los inventarios, fondos fijos y recursos presupuestarios del hotel.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas del hotel.
- Crear mecanismos de control interno para la gestión del área financiera y caja del hotel.
- Administrar los procesos del control y evaluación del personal, capacitaciones, control de legajos personales y control sanitario del personal.
- Consolidar, verificar y realizar los requerimientos de todas las áreas.
- Reportar al departamento financiero de oficinas corporativas, a Dirección del Hotel y a la Dirección Financiera de la Gestora.
- Elaboración de informes.
- Realización de reporte diario de ingresos.
- Análisis de cuadro de mandos semanal.
- Anális de Reporting mensual.
- Realización y seguimiento de Forecast mensual y anual.

Requisitos:
Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar:
- Estudios universitarios en Economía, ADE o similar.
- Experiência en posición similar de al menos 3 años, valorándose positivamente experiência en auditoría en Big Four.
- Conocimientos de contabilidad avanzada, fiscalidad y análisis de balances.
- Ofimática avanzada.
- Conocimientos de SAP FI/CO/MM.
