Misión del puesto:

Serás responsable de asegurar la homogénea implantación de la estrategia y los estándares de producto F&B en el hotel, a través de la definición de estándaes y procesos, introducción de nuevos conceptos, formación, asesoramiento y gestión de plantillas, así como supervisión del APPCC.

Todo esto con el fin de garantizar los níveles de servicio y la trentabilidad del área de F&B del Gran Meliá Sancti Petri.




¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en una posición similar en F&B.
  • Experiência previsa en cocina, sala o en posiciones similares, valorble en banqueting.
  • Formación Universitaria en Turismo, hostelería, etc...
  • Conocimiento alto OPERA/SIHOT.
  • Experiência en gestion de equipos, orientacion al cliente y liderazgo
  • Organización y orientación a resultados y ventas.
  • Idiomas: nível alto de inglés y valorables otros idiomas.
