A Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, monitoring functional spend, and providing financial support to enhance business performance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide comprehensive Financial Analysis and insights to IFF business and functions
  • Report daily and monthly sales results and profitability to the Senior Leadership team
  • Conduct price, volume, and currency analysis for quarterly submissions
  • Prepare Operating reviews on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Engage in key Business Finance projects for process improvement
  • Maintain strong internal controls and support strategic and scenario planning
  • Collaborate on quarterly forecasting and yearly budget processes

TO BE DEVELOPED ON THE JOB:

This role offers an opportunity to enhance analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic planning capabilities.

The position requires the ability to identify trends, variances, and deviations from plans and establish clear trend understanding within the business.


CORE COMPETENCIES:
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience in operating various IT environments such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data management and project work
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on issue resolution and challenging the status quo

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION: Finance or Economics degree
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum three to five years in Finance, Business Analysis experience is a bonus
