PROJECT MANAGER para una de las empresas más importantes a nível mundial del

sector de cables submarinos de fibra óptica.

Como Project manager tus funciones principales serán:

  • Apoyar a un Director de Gestión de Proyectos en proyectos grandes y complejos (muchos clientes y/o aterrizajes)
  • Administrar el contrato, incluidos los términos y condiciones, los requisitos técnicos, el alcance, el cronograma y el presupuesto. Además, gestionar la relación con el cliente, avisos de proyectos y cambios de proyectos.
  • Establecer y cumplir los objetivos del proyecto analizando los entregables del contrato y colaborando con los miembros del equipo del proyecto
  • Realizar análisis de riesgo en el cronograma, presupuesto, requisitos técnicos y calidad del proyecto
  • Desarrollar estrategias para abordar los problemas de los clientes
  • Coordinar con pares para desarrollar implementar mitigación de riesgos y resolución de problemas
  • Lograr los objetivos financieros del proyecto y revisar/comprender las variaciones
  • Asistir en la preparación y revisión de informes operativos del proyecto para el equipo ejecutivo

Requisitos necesarios para optar a la posición:

  • Licenciatura en ingeniería, operaciones o disciplina relacionada.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en la gestión de proyectos multifuncionales o trabajando como miembro de un equipo en proyectos submarinos o de construcción. Se prefiere la experiência en la gestión matricial de un equipo.
  • Experiência en negociaciones, gestión de P/L de proyectos y previsión de gastos, imprescindible gestión de contratos
  • Comprensión del lenguaje del contrato y los términos de los proyectos de construcción
  • Capacidad demostrada para resolver problemas dentro de su propio puesto, en todas las organizaciones y con los clientes
  • Experiência en identificación y mitigación de riesgos
  • Se requiere dominio del paquete MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Habilidades avanzadas de coordinación/planificación (incluida la competencia en Microsoft Project) críticas
  • Se prefiere el conocimiento de los sistemas de telecomunicaciones submarinos
