We are expanding our legal department to support our growth trajectory and provide a platform for you to further develop your skills, reporting directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing agreements.
  • Manage commercial legal negotiations to support company expansion.
  • Act as an advisor to management and crossfunctional teams to address challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Involvement in corporate matters, data privacy, and daytoday legal issues.
  • Manage the workload and ensure deadlines are met while promoting good governance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer in Europe.
  • Minimum of 2+ years PQE, with inhouse gaming experience.
  • Expertise in commercial law is a significant asset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards, ownership, and professional integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
A self-driven mentality with the confidence to drive your own agenda rather than through micromanagement support and direction

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience or willingness to undertake training in data privacy law.
  • Experience working in a startup or fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property.
  • A selfdriven mentality with the confidence to drive your own agenda rather than through micromanagement support and direction.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

  • Competitive salary ranging from EUR 40,000 to 50,000 DOE.

Our first games, as well as the patent-pending SuperSlice, was launched at the beginning of 2022 on leading gaming sites and apps across the globe.
