Hybrid Working system What will you perform as Logistic Manager ?

You will responsible for:

  • Managing a team of logistics professionals in achallenging environment subject to tight lead times and strict qualityspecifications and sector regulations
  • Defining of the relevantperformance KPIs and associated target levels, owning the accountability tomeet the agreed service speed and quality levels
  • Working closely with continuous improvement and Value Creation to provide thebest supply chain solution, actively supporting the agreed savings targets forthe business unit.
  • Actively collaborating with the Procurement andCarrier Management team providing the required operational support to agreedtransport purchasing and carrier management agendas.
  • Actively collaborating with the Warehousing Managementteam to operationally support the delivery of the warehousing improvementagenda.
  • Customer management at operational level withdefined customer representatives
  • Responsibility for ensuring carriers/stakeholders achieve contractualservice requirements or to make compelling recommendations for replacing thenominated. -Operations managementwith P&L responsibility (strong business and commercial acumen) Are you reflected in these skills? Senior knowledge of the characteristics of the supply chain, materials management and transport. At least 5 years of experience in supervision / management in freight transport and / or experience in a logistics environmentProven record of successful team management, active leadership, and team engagement experienceFluent English language required (English is the business language)Customer relationship management skills.
Preferred requirement. Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communicationand change managementskills.
