SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES está buscando un/a PROCESSES ANALYST para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte.**

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO


Como
Processes Analyst , tu objetivo será
diseñar y optimizar los procesos de soporte a negocio dentro del ámbito de Tecnología y Operaciones en el Centro Corporativo, identificando áreas de eficiencias y oportunidades de mejora.

Trabajarás con diferentes interlocutores, incluido usuarios de negocio del Centro Corporativo y/o de las áreas de soporte a negocio en países, para compilar y analizar requerimientos, y recomendar soluciones alineadas con los objetivos del Centro Corporativo.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Entender el modelo de negocio de las diferentes iniciativas en las que estés involucrado, ayudando en la definición del business case y alcance de los proyectos, e identificando los procesos y sistemas de soporte a negocio impactados.
  • Compilar y analizar los requerimientos de negocio incluyendo el análisis de la situación actual y futura, análisis de datos y modelado de procesos.
  • Identificar defectos, ineficiencias, y oportunidades para mejorar los procesos y sistemas existentes, alineados con los objetivos de la iniciativa de negocio, y aplicando mejores prácticas del Grupo y/o la industria siempre que sea posible.
  • Diseñar los procesos futuros y documentar la especificación funcional e historias de usuario para guiar los desarrollos, junto con los criterios de aceptación, así como soportar la definición del modelo operativo objetivo (TOM).
  • Ayudar cuando sea requerido en la definición del análisis de impacto de la iniciativa, proporcionando el nível de conocimiento requerido sobre los escenarios actuales y futuros a los equipos de gestión del cambio.
  • Asegurar que el proceso diseñado sigue cumpliendo los objetivos marcados a lo largo del ciclo de vida de la iniciativa, dando soporte a los equipos de desarrollo, testing y gestión del cambio cuando se deban aplicar cambios impactando potencialmente los procesos.
  • Desarrollar y realizar presentaciones e informes a diferentes interlocutores.
  • Participar en las actividades de planificación de proyecto, incluyendo estimación de esfuerzo y duración, identificación de riesgos y dependencias, y desarrollo de calendarios de proyecto.
  • Colaborar con el responsable de la función en la definición y asimilación en el área de las mejores prácticas, frameworks y metodologías para el diseño de los procesos de soporte a negocio, así como del uso de las herramientas apropiadas para la correcta ejecución de esta función.

EXPERIENCIA

  • 13 años de experiência (incluyendo prácticas).
  • Experiência previa en proyectos y en la definición y documentación de requerimientos, incluyendo entrevistas a interlocutores, realización de workshops, y uso de técnicas como prototipado y modelado de procesos.

EDUCACIÓN

  • Grado financiero o de ingeniería, idealmente Master.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Conocimiento de metodologías Agile y del ciclo de desarrollo software y sus diferentes fases.
  • Entendimiento mínimo básico del sector financiero, incluyendo regulaciones, productos y servicios ofrecidos por los bancos.
  • Ideal: Nível de Inglés C1, mínimo B2.
