¿qué significa ser un PARTNER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE?
Nuestro objetivo principal es brindar bienestar financiero a los empleados de los clientes a través de nuestra aplicación, Payflow.


Como Partner Success Representative, serás responsable de aumentar el número de personas que disfrutan de los beneficios de nuestra aplicación.

Para lograr esto, te pondrás en contacto con trabajadores de diferentes empresas para motivarlos a descargar Payflow, explicarles el funcionamiento de la aplicación y ayudarles con cualquier pregunta que puedan tener:
activar su cuenta, hacer su primera transferencia, referir a un amigo, establecer una meta de ahorro y más. Esta posición es crucial para el crecimiento de Payflow.


Tendrás contacto directo con nuestros usuarios, por lo que serás la mejor persona para ayudarnos a mejorar al recopilar los comentarios de los usuarios y transmitirlos a diferentes equipos (por ejemplo, tecnología, ventas) para implementar los cambios necesarios.
