Nuestro objetivo principal es brindar bienestar financiero a los empleados de los clientes a través de nuestra aplicación, Payflow.
Como Partner Success Representative, serás responsable de aumentar el número de personas que disfrutan de los beneficios de nuestra aplicación.
activar su cuenta, hacer su primera transferencia, referir a un amigo, establecer una meta de ahorro y más. Esta posición es crucial para el crecimiento de Payflow.
Tendrás contacto directo con nuestros usuarios, por lo que serás la mejor persona para ayudarnos a mejorar al recopilar los comentarios de los usuarios y transmitirlos a diferentes equipos (por ejemplo, tecnología, ventas) para implementar los cambios necesarios.
En resumen, un Partner Success Representative es un papel clave que combina habilidades persuasivas sólidas con un alto nível de comprensión de la psicología humana.
