iPSC Research Technician

Your role
The candidate will work developing primary cell culture and iPSCs generation from samples of different animal species as well as cell characterization assays.
Technical skills required:
Experience in molecular and cell biology. Strong tissue culture experience for human and mammalian primary cells and Experience in gene editing. Experience with immunofluorescence, confocal and FACS analysis for cellular characterizations. DNA and RNA extraction. Lab management.Some of these tasks might require working after hours and on weekends. Adjustments on the working hours will be made in agreement with the line manager.
