Implanta, impulsa y desarrolla la estrategia global y objetivos de Adevinta en clientes clave para la compañía por su potencial presente y futuro el ámbito de los productos y servicios vinculados a los portales de Motor de la organización.


Responsabilidades:

Entendidas como los compromisos y obligaciones a los que el KAM |Motor debe dar respuesta.

Marca los ámbitos en los cuales debe tomar decisiones y generar acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de objetivos en tiempo y forma.

- Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes (Marcas y grandes grupos de concesiones) de alto valor e impacto en la estrategia


comercial y de posicionamiento de la compañía en el sector y portales asociados de Motor.- Obtener e impulsar relaciones de confianza y cooperación con directivos y responsables de primer nível de los clientes y potenciales clientes de la cartera generando y fortaleciendo vínculos comerciales de beneficio mutuo.- Mantenerse permanente actualizado en las novedades, movimientos y cambios del mercado del motor que facilite una visión y actuación ágil y eficiente aportando valor directo a la gerencia de cuentas clave.


Funciones:
El KAM Motor, con reporte al Sales manager, desempeña sus funciones en dos áreas de agrupación entendidas como las tareas, actividades y acciones que impulsan el cumplimiento de sus objetivos y responsabilidades:

Funciones comerciales.- Gestionar eficaz y eficientemente una cartera de una media de 20 clientes de alto valor corporativo apoyando el cumplimiento del plan estratégico de la compañía.- Identificar y desarrollar clientes de Key Accounts realizando un trabajo sistemático y analítico de datos y proyección de crecimiento potencial.- Alcanzar el impacto e influencia comercial con un número determinado (5-7) de personas clave por su capacidad decisión en cada cuenta de valor.

Establecer vínculos sólidos de confianza con puestos de la línea 1 organizativa.- Conocer a fondo los productos y evaluar la factibilidad y viabilidad de su adaptación a los requerimientos, preferencias, gustos y necesidades del cliente colaborando activamente con el crecimiento de su negocio.

Convertirnos en el socio de negocio de los clientes clave facilitándoles nuevas fuentes de ingreso.- Proactividad en la comercialización de nuevos productos publicitarios en base a un conocimiento experto de las características de los mismos y adecuación a cada cliente clave.- Impulsar acciones de comercialización, difusión de la información y posicionamiento focalizando su actuación a través de canales y herramientas digitales.


Funciones técnicas.- Ejecución de estrategias de venta y marketing online (advertising, clasificados) específicas en adecuación a las características del mundo del motor estableciendo sistemáticas de valor para los clientes clave y las estrategias/objetivos de Adevinta España.- Diseño de modelos de negociación, mediante canales físicos y/o plataformas digitales atendiendo al perfil, necesidades y objetivos propios y de los clientes integrantes de la cartera de valor.- Dominio y gestión de relaciones de clientes con apoyo técnico-operativo en las herramientas CRM corporativas asegurándose de la identificación de datos que revelen zonas de confort comercial aplicando medidas correctoras.- Maximizar el rendimiento de cada canal corporativo de comercialización de los productos y servicios de la compañía disponiendo y desarrollando un enfoque de multicanalidad.- Seguimiento, control y análisis continuo de datos e información, cuantitativa y cualitativa, disponiendo de las actitudes y aptitudes necesarias para obtener conclusiones e implementar acciones de impulso o corrección.
