controlar y supervisar turnos de día, dar apoyo a la operativa del departamento,Cumplir con los mas altos estándares de servicio y calidad, así como de LQA en la parte emocional y según los Behaviours y valores de la empresa, así como supervisar que los equipos también los cumplan.
Capacidad de atender quejas e incidencias con los clientes con una rápida y eficiente resolución positiva con los clientes.Capacidad de trabajar con un gran equipo liderando como ejemplo.
Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en horarios y turnosImprescindible idioma Inglés nível AltoAlemán nível Alto y se valorarán otros idiomasExperiência mínima 2 años en puesto similar y en hoteles 5*Estudios en TurismoImprescindible ser ciudadano de la comunidad europea, para poder obtener permiso de trabajo en España
Benefits:
Contrato de trabajo, de 9 meses de para incorporación inmediata, hasta finales noviembre,Salario convenio hostelería y posibilidad de mejora voluntaria según aptitudesComisiones ventas y propinas según acuerdo departamentoFormación interna a cargo de la empresa.
Turnos de trabajo 5 dias por semana y 2 dias libres
