Specialist Sustainability

Your role

The Specialist Sustainability & Integrity of the Siegfried group renders comprehensive administrative and technical support to Siegfried Sustainability Board, the Siegfried Sustainability Office and the Integrity Office with respect to a broad range of tasks in the fields of Sustainability as well as Integrity & Ethics:

Sustainability

The Specialist Sustainability & Integrity:

-supports the Siegfried Sustainability Organization in the preparation and implementation of projects in the field of Sustainability

-is a member of the Siegfrid Sustainability Office and, in this function actively supports the Sustainability Office in responding to and managing group-wide sustainability initiatives such as EcoVadis and S&P Global

-supports the Siegfried Sustainability Organization in its interaction with various stakeholders in the field of sustainability, in particular with respect to sustainability assessments by rating agencies and/or supplier due diligence questionnaires of customers and/or investors

-administers the setting up, managing and maintaining of a global sustainability data base of the Siegfried group

-supports the implementation and management of a global supplier due diligence system (supply chain integrity)

Integrity & Ethics

The Specialist Sustainability & Integrity supports the Integrity Office, in particular in the following areas:

-administrative case management of integrity incidents and investigations of the Siegfried Integrity Office;

-drafting and implementation of regulations, guidelines, instructions and other internal and external publications in the field of Integrity & Ethics;

-preparation and implementation of electronic, virtual and physical trainings of the Siegfried corporate functions and the Siegfried sites in the field of Integrity & Ethics on a global level;

-projects in the field of personal data protection laws and information security.

Your profile

-At least 1 year of work experience in a comparable position in an advisory firm or an industrial company.

-Administrative or commercial degree

-Excellent skills in all major IT applications, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language of local Siegfried sites (German, Spanish or French).

-Willingness to work in a global environment, in different languages and over different time zones.

-Excellent networking and communication skills.

-Strong time management, prioritization and organization

-High responsiveness, reliability and integrity.

-Solution orientated work approach.
