What you'll be doing...

An exceptional opportunity has opened for an established business development professional with a background in commercial real estate to join our international leasing team.


Reporting to our Regional Leasing Director, you will manage the core projects for our designer outlet centre in Malaga; maximising sales and rental return from tenants and, in turn, increasing overall profitability.

Additionally, you will prospect new brands with the aim to deliver the most appropriate mix for our designer outlet centre, and nurture existing brand relationships to ensure that their needs are met as well as identify possible new business opportunities.

To be successful you'll bring...

  • You have extensive experience in real estate gained within a retail, agency, or corporate leasing environment.
  • You are comfortable with leading negotiations of lease terms, able to problem solve effectively.
  • You have proven exposure to managing a portfolio of clients within a real estate environment.
  • You are fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • You are confident with numbers and work daily with figures.
  • You have strong IT skills i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
