As an intern here, you'll excel in a vibrant, patient-centric setting, influencing decision-making and enhancing product development with utmost integrity and safety standards focusing on Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain management.

Location: Valencia, Spain

Duration: 6 months, 40 hours per week

Start: July or September

Language Requirement: English proficiency

How you will create an impact:

  • Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout complaint investigation and resolution
  • Evaluate events to identify qualifying complaints
  • Analyze complaint information, conduct further investigations, escalate as necessary
  • Submit complaints for Medical Device Reporting to authorities, following review
  • Summarize findings, review investigations, product analysis, and conclude appropriately
  • Prepare and finalize customer correspondence with senior team review

What you need:

  • Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma, or related fields, with a keen interest in medical devices
  • In the final year of studies
  • Available full-time (40h/week) for a minimum of 6 months
  • Proficient in working in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and human anatomy
  • Desirable: familiarity with Medical Device Vigilance and regulatory reporting regulations
