Para el área de soluciones ITSM, estamos buscando un nuevo _Consultor en EasyVista_.


Nuestro equipo tiene como objetivo asesorar a nuestros clientes en la adopción y mejora de la gestión de servicios de IT a nível de procesos, con el fin de impactar positivamente en el negocio.


TAREAS:

  • Atender las incidencias y solicitudes relacionadas con la gestión de plataformas ITSM (EasyVista)
  • Atender bolsas de horas de los clientes.
  • Soporte en proyectos y realización de tareas concretas y definidas de plataformas ITSM, CMDB y SAM (EasyVista)
  • Participar en reuniones internas y con clientes.
  • Documentación (Actas de reuniones, manuales, procedimientos, guías, notas técnicas )
  • Investigación, análisis y tratamiento de datos.
  • Generar contenidos audiovisuales (cortos) sobre el uso de las plataformas ITSM, CMDB y SAM (EasyVista)
  • Generar pequeños informes en las plataformas ITSM y programarlos (EasyVista).

HABILIDADES:

  • Experiência en administración o, al menos, 2 años de experiência en el uso técnico de plataforma ITSM EasyVista _(preferiblemente_) y/o ServiceDesk Plus de Manageengine.
  • Conocimientos en lenguaje SQL.
  • Aptitudes: Trabajo en equipo, organización, buena interacción con clientes, iniciativa, resolución de problemas, agilidad de aprendizaje y capacidad análitica para la resolución de incidencias.
  • Español nativo. Valorable Catalán.
  • Valorable: disponer de certificado en Easyvista.

HORARIO:

  • 08/09h 17/18h de Lunes a Viernes (flexible)
  • 100% Remoto o híbrido.

  • Contrato indefinido.
