What You'll Do
As a Lead IT Architect, you'll engage with clients to grasp their challenges, shape IT strategies, seek support for your ideas, and work with colleagues to convert client potential into success. You'll have end-to-end responsibility for complex project modules, developing specialized knowledge to solve problems and demonstrating leadership within teams.
What You'll Bring
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, technical project management, or technology consulting.
- Ability to offer unique tech insights, consulting experience, leadership potential, and innovative methodologies to BCG engagements.
- Proficiency in development methods, DevOps practices, architectural decision-making, microservices, integration patterns, and more.
- Capability to guide high-impact technology decisions and manage architectural debt effectively.
- University degree with strong performance in a relevant field.
