The Operations Head organizes and oversees the daily operations of the company. He/ She will ensure the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan different kinds of operational activities. He/ She must require a thorough knowledge of various company processes.

The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate acceleration development and long-term success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the day to day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
• Ensure that the company runs with the legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Review financial information and adjust operation budgets to promote profitability.
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
• And another task assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in the fields Business Administration or relevant field
• With at least Five (5) years' work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Familiarity with MS Office and business software.
