Job Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team, responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the scalability and security of our applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Server-Side Development: Building efficient and reusable backend modules, and writing clean, robust, and scalable code.
  • Database Management: Designing and implementing databases for integrity, performance, and security purposes.
  • Integration: Streamlining data storage solutions and integrating user-facing elements with backend logic.
  • Optimization: Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, security, and data protection.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
  • Collaborative Development: Collaborating with frontend developers to enhance user experience.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages, ideally C#.
  • Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and query languages.
  • System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design API-based architectures including REST.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills for optimizing code.
  • Effective Communication: Clear communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks as required.
