Job Purpose
To give legal advice to business units on contracts and general matters.

Main Accountabilities

• Reviewing all the contracts from the different business areas.
• Giving general legal advice to all the different queries from the different departments.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Review and advice on all contracts (interpretation) from the different areas.
• Creation of new model contracts and clauses.
• Review and draft Vueling's internal policies, conditions of carriage and ensure that these comply with all legal requirements.
• Leading all types of litigation and administrative procedures.
• Representing the company before administrative and governmental bodies
• Respond to inspection requirements and sanctioning procedures all different civil aviation authorities.
• Support the DPO in any consultation related to data protection from the different business areas.
• Manage the airline's intellectual property portfolio.
• General legal advice to all the different queries from the different departments.

• Managers, Heads and Directors of other departments.
• External advisors / lawyers.
• IAG members.

Education

• Bachelor in law.

Experience

• Minimum 5 year experience in a Law firm or as an inhouse lawyer in a multinational company.
• Having worked on an airline would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Spanish consumer and commercial law.
