  • FUNCIONES _
  • Apoyar la seguridad a través del compromiso personal y promover la responsabilidad individual por la seguridad dentro del Departamento de Ingeniería de la planta. Asegurarse de que los riesgos para la salud y la seguridad de los empleados se controlen rígidamente.
  • Bajo supervisión, proporcionar apoyo de ingeniería para la ejecución de proyectos / asignaciones de instalaciones, sistemas, servicios públicos y equipos (FSUE) desde el concepto inicial hasta el cierre final.
  • Recopilar y analizar la información; Desarrollar soluciones alternativas; actuar correctamente en situaciones de resolución de problemas grupales. proporcionar el soporte técnico para el usuario con respecto a investigaciones, problemas recurrentes, modificaciones requeridas, optimizaciones y mejoras continuas.
  • Trabajar con los usuarios finales para desarrollar los requisitos del sistema, la especificación de equipos / edificios, apoyar la fabricación y realizar pruebas de aceptación de fábrica / sitio.
  • Ayudar en la preparación de URS, ETOP, evaluaciones de riesgos, evaluaciones de seguridad y otros documentos de ingeniería asociados con las instalaciones, sistemas, servicios públicos y equipos (FSUE) según sea necesario.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros grupos de apoyo como MTS, Automatización, Fabricación, Garantía de Calidad, Operaciones de Instalaciones y Mantenimiento / Metrología, Ingeniería, EHS & S y Control de Calidad para garantizar que los activos de LSNE estén bien diseñados y mantenidos a lo largo de sus ciclos de vida.
  • Ayudar con las pruebas de aceptación de fábrica (FAT), las pruebas de aceptación del sitio (SAT), la configuración y puesta en marcha de instalaciones, sistemas, servicios públicos y equipos (FSUE).
  • Adquirir nuevos equipos, crear y mantener los registros de ingeniería apropiados, incluidos registros y manuales de equipos, dibujos y diagramas, informes de inspección según las políticas de Good Engineering.
  • Apoyar la ejecución y puesta en marcha de instalaciones, sistemas, servicios públicos e instalaciones de fabricación de equipos, servicios públicos y GMP.
  • Solucionar problemas de errores de equipos / sistemas y desviaciones.
  • HABILIDADES PROFESIONALES _
  • Buena capacidad de organización junto con fuertes habilidades de comunicación, orales y escrita.
  • Competencia demostrada en la aplicación de teorías, principios y técnicas básicas de fabricación, ingeniería y / o científicas utilizadas en procesos biofarmacéuticos / dispositivos médicos.
  • Dominio de aplicaciones de software estándar, incluyendo AutoCAD MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Power Point.
  • Conocimiento práctico de Solid Works, experiência de modelado 3D será una ventaja.

  • EXPERIENCIA _.
  • Se desea experiência en control de procesos e instrumentación para sistemas de control de instalaciones.
  • Experiência con sistemas de mantenimiento computarizado (GMAO), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC y sistema de control SCADA. El conocimiento de las GMP es esencial, pero no es necesario, ya que se pueden aprender en el trabajo.
  • Experiência trabajando en un entorno regulatorio GMP y FDA para medicamentos y / o dispositivos médicos es una ventaja.
