- Analizarás las necesidades del negocio y realizar el diseño de la solución acorde al funcionamiento de SISnet.
- Participarás en el Desarrollo e implantación de Proyectos en el ámbito de SISnet, liderando la ejecución técnica de un proyecto o parte de él, con autonomía y control.
- Coordinarás y supervisarás la calidad de la implantación ya sea en proyectos con integradores externos a Aegon, o con equipo de desarrolladores propios
- Serás la figura de interlocución y coordinación con todas las áreas de la compañía, implicadas en el proyecto
- Realizarás la gestión técnica del equipo de proyecto: supervisión y aprobación de los desarrollos, soporte estimaciones, coordinación pases entre entornos, seguimiento y supervisión metodológicos, coordinación con otras áreas de IT
- Colaborarás en el plan de formación SISnet de desarrolladores internos
- Conocerás y aplicarás la metodología de Aegon en el ciclo de vida del software, buenas prácticas del desarrollo, generación de pruebas unitarias y recomendaciones de seguridad.
