D'abord reconnue pour son réseau de stations 100% automatisées et leader du marché Français, AS 24 est maintenant présente dans 29 pays avec plus de 1400 stations, et propose une offre complète et connectée aux besoins des transporteurs : télépéages, géolocalisation, stations nouvelles énergies, services digitaux. Dans le cadre de son développement, AS 24 (7 Md€ de CA en 2022) est accompagnée par TotalEnergies, dont elle est une filiale, ce qui lui donne l'élan nécessaire à ses ambitions, au service de ses clients et de ses 400 collaborateurs. Dans un contexte multi langues, nous proposons un VIE de 12 mois, reconductible jusqu'à 24 mois, au sein de notre filiale Ibérie basée à Barcelone. AS 24 Ibérie intervient sur le développement commercial et réseau de 2 pays : Espagne et Portugal.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Hub Ibérie, vous serez en lien avec les équipes Ibérie du Secrétaire Général, des Ventes (itinérants et sédentaires) et du Supply, ainsi qu'avec l'équipe du siège AS24 basée à Nantes (France).

Le poste s'articule autour de 3 axes:

1/ Commerce
- Aider les délégués commerciaux dans l'optimisation des visites clients (préparation d'outils, analyse chiffrée, reporting).
- Accompagner l'équipe de vente dans les campagnes mensuelles (upselling clients existants, clients perdus, vague prospection) et analyser les données - outil Salesforce.
- Participer au déploiement de nos nouveaux produits et services (notamment offre péage).
- Elaborer des dossiers pour les clients majeurs et selon les besoins de la filiale
- Participer à l'animation des réunions ventes de la filiale

2/ Supply/réseau
- Analyser nos volumes (stations, filiales, clients, achats) et proposer des plans d'action auprès du Directeur de Filiale et de l'équipe commerciale.
- Préparer des Business reviews avec TotalEnergies, partenaires.
- Participer à l'élaboration des dossiers de développement.
- Mettre à jour les études de concurrence et les données dans les outils dédiés.

3/ Contrôle de Gestion / Optimisation
- Réviser les procédures et analyser les outils de gestion.
- Définir et analyser les gains d'optimisation
- Proposer et participer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils avec un process plus automatique (PowerBI ou autre)
