Customer Experience:

Como trainee en el equipo de Go To Market, te enfocarás en omnicanalidad e insights de clientes, ayudando a mejorar la experiência de estos.

Apoyarás a los Customer Experience Managers en la mejora de canales digitales y en el desarrollo de proyectos innovadores para transformar la organización y modelos de interacción.


  • Tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte en proyectos digitales del departamento, centrados en la experiência del cliente y la estrategia de canales digitales, incluyendo la implementación del proyecto de Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Colaborarás en proyectos de automatización e inteligencia artificial con el equipo global, y profundizarás en el análisis de campañas y el desarrollo de un plan de A/B Testing.
  • Colaborarás en la transformación de la compañía a través del desarrollo de materiales formativos.

Learning & Development:
La persona en esta posición participará dando soporte a las distintas iniciativas del departamento de Learning & Development.

  • Subida de contenidos en las diferentes plataformas de formación.
  • Ejecución del plan de comunicación a través de canales internos.
  • Adobe Campaign.
  • Soporte y participación en el proceso de Onboarding de nuevos colaboradores en Human Pharma.
  • Apoyo al equipo en distintos proyectos en marcha.

Market Access:

La posición tiene como objetivo dar soporte en iniciativas a los equipos de acceso y soluciones de atención médica.


  • Comprender la estrategia nacional de Core Team Healthcare Affairs y áreas terapéuticas y proyectos para prestar apoyo metodológico al equipo en la elaboración, ejecución y seguimientos de los planes regionales.
  • Prestar apoyo al Head de RAHS en la organización, en la preparación de agendas y actas de las reuniones con sus equipos.
  • Desarrollar procesos en el equipo que faciliten las dinámicas y gestión de proyectos y actividades.
  • Dar apoyo equipo RHAM y HSP en la ejecución de iniciativas y proyectos (contacto con proveedores, contratos, presupuestos y organización de iniciativas y eventos entre otras responsabilidades).
  • Seguimiento de la actividad y ejecución de presupuestos del equipo RHAM y HSP.

Marketing:

Si te sumas a este proyecto podrás ser partícipe de uno de los momentos más importantes en el ciclo de vida de un fármaco: la preparación del lanzamiento.

Conocerás las claves del marketing en enfermedades raras en el mercado hospitalario y podrás colaborar con múltiples departamentos y roles.


  • Conocer la preparación del lanzamiento de un fármaco.
  • Participar en la planificación, ejecución y análisis de campañas omnicanal.
  • Descubrir cómo establecer una estrategia de comunicación a múltiples targets (clínicos, gestores, población general, etc.)
  • Profundizar en el funcionamiento de un equipo de marketing hospitalario y cómo trabajar crosfuncionalmente con muchos otros departamentos y funciones.



¿Qué tipo de perfil estamos buscando?:

  • Estudiante de Grado y/o Máster/Posgrado en Ingeniería, Química, Farmacia, Administración de empresas, marketing farmacéutico, comunicación o similares.
  • Deseable experiência en gestión de proyectos
  • Actitud proactiva y capacidad para colaborar/relacionarse con diversos roles y departamentos.
  • Iniciativa y motivación para aprender y aplicar nuevas habilidades
  • Poder establecer un convenio de prácticas con la Universidad o centro de estudios.
  • Disponibilidad para iniciar las prácticas a partir de abril con una duración de entre 9 y 12 meses.
  • Nível alto de inglés.
