El Departamento de Corporate Counsel se encarga de la gestión de todos los asuntos legales, mercantiles y societarios que afecten a Hipoges y a las empresas del grupo.
La principal responsabilidad del Corporate Laywer es prestar apoyo jurídico a todas las áreas de negocio de la empresa.Las principales funciones son:
- Preparación de documentos jurídicos (servicing agreement, cartas, burofax, declaraciones, contratos, acuerdos de confidencialidad, etc.) para su utilización por diversos departamentos de la empresa.
- Apoyo en la redacción y cierre de contratos con clientes y proveedores.
- Preparación de documentos propios de la secretaría de sociedades en el área de derecho societario (constitución de sociedades, cambios societarios e inscripciones en entidades oficiales, entre otros.)
- Estudio de situaciones consultas planteadas por otros los distintos departamentos de la empresa, a fin de emitir dictámenes o recomendaciones jurídicas al respecto (teniendo en cuenta la legislación aplicable al caso concreto).
- Además, cuando sea necesario, apoyar a todas las empresas del Grupo en la investigación, análisis, interpretación y aplicación de leyes, directrices de organismos reguladores y grupos de interés que puedan ser relevantes para la actividad del Grupo.
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia como corporate lawyer
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Nivel Usuario de ExcelWord.
