Principales tareas y responsabilidades
- Desarrollar y mantener los componentes software en el lenguaje más apropiado. Utilizamos principalmente Python, aunque ocasionalmente se emplean otros como JavaScript o Groovy.
- Capacidad para diseñar productos e infraestructuras que sean mantenibles, robustos y escalables.
- Crear componentes altamente optimizados en CPU, tráfico de red, almacenamiento de datos, tiempos de respuesta y concurrencia.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener tests útiles para cada componente.
- Identificar y solucionar vulnerabilidades de seguridad y cuellos de botella en los sistemas.
- Llevar desarrollos desde el análisis inicial hasta el despliegue, colaborando con equipos como QA o SRE.
Formación requerida
Habilidades específicas
- Amplio conocimiento de programación en Python.
- Más de 3-4 años de experiencia resolviendo problemas en arquitecturas de alto rendimiento basadas en microservicios.
- Implementación exitosa de servicios y software en entornos de producción.
- Adherencia a las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software y estructuración de código.
- Conocimientos en bases de datos.
- Habilidad para analizar y resolver problemas.
- Experiencia en el desarrollo de API REST.
- Experiencia con Docker.
Conocimientos técnicos
Requeridos:
- Backend: Python, testing, APIs.
- Herramientas: Git, Jenkins.
Opcionales:
- Familiaridad con inteligencia artificial y NLP.
- Conocimientos de estructura de datos y complejidad algorítmica.
- Herramientas: Docker, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, Kubernetes.
Experiencia laboral
- Más de 3 años de experiencia.
Idiomas
- Español (competencia profesional).
- Inglés (competencia profesional).
