Sales Representative Sports Medicine

Actualmente estamos reclutando un Sales Representative para la zona de Andalucía Occidental.
El foco de esta posición será la unidad de negocio de Sports Medicine con foco en Dispositivos Médicos, y reportando al Sales Area Manager de esta unidad, donde el segmento principal de cliente será hospital público y privado.
Tu rol consistirá en analizar y definir los objetivos de venta en los hospitales asignados, influenciando en el proceso de Compra en los hospitales, dentro del departamento de Compras como del equipo quirúrgico (cirujano/traumatólogo y enfermería)
Conocer e informar a la Compañía sobre todos los concursos que se originen en la zona/ hospitales, así como el control y seguimiento de los depósitos.
Preparación y elaboración, junto con el Jefe Regional de la zona, de todos los concursos de la zona/hospitales asignados.
(esto implica; trabajo previo a la publicación del concurso, durante la presentación/elaboración de la oferta y el trabajo posterior a la adjudicación o no del concurso).
Conocimiento de la competencia (Cómo trabajan en nuestros hospitales, que productos están poniendo, que cantidad y precios)Mantener e incrementar los conocimientos que poseemos de nuestros productos y habilidades de ventas (Formación). Conocer y aprender los productos de nuestra competencia, ejecución de la venta y Reporting de los resultados
Desarrollo del proceso de venta en los hospitales: visitas a clientes, presentaciones, apoyo técnico sólo en cirugías complicadas o primeras
Consecución de los Objetivos de Venta y rentabilidad en su zona
Conocimiento exhaustivo de sus clientes y de sus necesidades, realizando workshops en la zona de trabajo, así como asistencia a los Congresos que la compañía considere oportunos
Retener y adquirir nuevas cuentas
Colaborar con el departamento de Crédito de Clientes en conciliaciones de cuenta y cobro de morosos
Elaborar los informes y reports que solicite la Compañía y realización en el CRM corporativo.

Tendrás éxito en este nuevo reto si tienes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión, capacidad analítica y negociadora, eres una persona con orientación al cliente, y con habilidades de planificación.
Formación y Experiencia
Preferible Licenciatura o diplomatura relacionada con Ciencias de la Salud
Experiencia en ventas en sector hospitalario, preferiblemente en sector artroscopia
Experiencia y conocimientos en material/ productos/instrumental quirúrgicos o similares
Microsoft Office, SAP y CRM
Excel a nivel tablas dinámicas para análisis
Inglés:
