Nous recherchons un commercial réseau Sport pour la marque SPEEDO, leader mondial de la Natation sportive et du maillot de bain, groupe de distribution ALL SPORT.

Le secteur à couvrir est l'Ouest de la France (18 départements)

**Poste**:
Votre principale mission sera de développer les ventes de toutes les catégories Speedo sur votre secteur géographique (Hors Comptes Récréa) en vue de l'atteinte d'un objectif chiffré. Vous serez chargé de veiller au respect de la politique commerciale et des procédures de la société.
- Gestion des comptes clients
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente axés sur les résultats dans la période spécifiée (saison).
- Maintien à jour du fichier client.
- Effectuer les présentations collections et transmettre les axes marketing soit en Show-room, soit en magasin, soit lors de journées d'achat spécifiques par enseigne.
- Planifier, Présenter, superviser et analyser les préconisations saisonnières.
- Analyser les résultats des ventes, élaborer des plans d'action et les ajuster si nécessaire avec les outils mis à disposition (Targit, AX Dynamics).
- Convaincre les clients à fort potentiel afin d'augmenter les ventes selon les familles de produits stratégiques.
- Négocier et suivre les conditions d'achat avec vos comptes.
- Maintenir la relation client avec les acheteurs/gestionnaires de comptes sous votre responsabilité.
- Remonter les informations relatives à la concurrence et plus généralement du marché du sport.
- Merchandising et Formation
- Vous êtes l'expert produit de marques que vous représentez.
- Vous soutenez le merchandising en magasin chez les clients utilisant des plans de merchandising si nécessaire et vous mettez en place des formations en magasin en utilisant les outils mis à disposition.
- Planification et rapport
- Vous êtes responsable de la planification du travail et de l'administration qui apparaît nécessaire à cet effet.
- Vous échangez régulièrement sur vos résultats et réalisez avec votre responsable une évaluation de la réalisation des objectifs définis.
- Vous fournissez des prévisions de vente précises pour chaque saison.
- Vous mettez en œuvre des plans de vente stratégiques, en concertation avec votre responsable des ventes.

**Profil**:
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché du Sport.

Reconnu(e) pour vos capacités de négociation, votre maîtrise des techniques de ventes et vos compétences analytiques, vous êtes orienté(e) actions/résultat, en étant capable d'identifier, de saisir toutes les opportunités de croissance.

Vous êtes doté(e) d'excellentes qualités relationnelles permettant de tisser des liens solides, tant avec les équipes (commerciales, Customer service) qu'avec les clients.

Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel, Word et Power Point.

Évoluant dans un contexte international, la maîtrise de l'Anglais est indispensable.

Lieu d'habitation impératif sur le secteur, idéalement Rennes ou Nantes.
