Como Revenue Growth Consultant venderás GuestJoy a clientes de SiteMinder. GuestJoy es un servicio de comunicación para hoteles y propiedades. Demostrarás como el producto les puede aportar valor.
Tu tarea será de contactar a clientes en una lista de oportunidades, articular la propuesta de valor de GuestJoy y gestionar una pipeline de ventas.
Cómo sera tu día a día:
- Estarás ocupado contactando a nuestros clientes, creando oportunidades de 'upgrade', demostrando GuestJoy a hoteles e incrementando los ingresos para la empresa.
- Gestionarás toda la pipeline de ventas desde presentar el valor y el funcionamiento de GuestJoy a nuestros hotels, hasta activar el producto y ayudarles a empezar a utilizarlo.
- Aportarás las tendencias del mercado a la empresa compartirás conocimientos sobre amenazas competitivas e ideas para superar objeciones comunes y hablar con clientes difíciles.
- Te convertirás en un experto de GuestJoy, y promoverás su propuesta de valor y su rentabilidad de inversión (ROI) internamente tanto como externamente.
Qué tienes:
- 1 año de experiência relevante en ventas o en la industria hotelera
- Español nativo e inglés a nível profesional
- Una presencia telefónica convincente y habilidades de escritura y redacción para preparar propuestas de ventas y hacer demonstraciones del producto profesionales
- Actitud proactiva para gestionar una pipeline de ventas, mantener la actividad necesaria para conseguir nuevas ventas y trabajar hacia objetivos personales
- Alto nível de habilidades interpersonales aptitud para trabajar de manera colaborativa y comunicarse con distintos departamentos
