Dans ce contexte, Plenitude, à travers ses filiales Eni Plenitude Renewables Espagne (EPRS) et Eni Plenitude Renewables France (EPRF), construira des centrales photovoltaïques, éoliennes et de stockage de batteries pour une capacité de 1GW d'ici 2030 en France.
En tant que membre du département HSEQ de Plenitude Renewables, vous serez responsable de:
Identifier la stratégie appropriée pour les permis environnementaux concernant les projets/activités à mettre en œuvre, en contact avec les organismes de réglementation. Veiller à ce que les mesures de surveillance, d'atténuation et de compensation soient correctement mises en œuvre et assurer la liaison avec les organismes de réglementation si nécessaire. Effectuer des évaluations, des audits et des inspections en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement, en se concentrant sur les questions environnementales et les questions de base en matière de santé et de sécurité. Veiller au respect des réglementations relatives à la gestion de l'environnement et fournir des recommandations aux services d'exploitation et de développement de projets dans les domaines de l'énergie photovoltaïque, de la gestion de la biodiversité, des déchets, de l'eau, du bruit, des substances chimiques/dangereuses et de la gestion de l'environnement en général. En cas d'accidents HSE, adopter les contre-mesures immédiates appropriées, enquêter et rédiger un rapport conformément aux meilleures pratiques de l'entreprise et en coordination avec le département HSE. Mettre en œuvre des campagnes de sensibilisation à l'environnement afin de tenir les employés informés des risques. Collaborer avec les fonctions compétentes (tous les départements de l'entreprise) pour la collecte et l'analyse des données environnementales et alimenter les rapports environnementaux internes et externes. Suivre la législation environnementale applicable afin d'identifier rapidement tout changement significatif. Effectuer des tâches de surveillance environnementale pour faciliter la production d'énergie renouvelable.
Cette opportunité est pour vous si vous avez les compétences et les exigences suivantes:
Master ou licence en sciences, ingénierie ou environnement. Une expérience dans le secteur éolien ou photovoltaïque en France, par une expérience factuelle de la gestion des aspects environnementaux d'un projet. Connaissance et expérience des normes internationales telles que : ISO 14001, ISO 9001 et ISO 45001, formation d'auditeur qualité, environnement ou PRL. Connaissance de la législation HSE en France, avec un accent particulier sur les exigences environnementales. Niveau d'utilisation intermédiaire du progiciel OFFICE, MS PROJECT, MS Teams, GIS. Connaissance avancée de l'anglais au niveau de la communication orale et écrite. Une connaissance de base de l'espagnol serait un atout. Personne responsable, faisant preuve d'initiative, orientée vers les objectifs, dotée d'une capacité de leadership et de compétences en matière de communication et de travail d'équipe. Capacité à gérer des informations provenant de plusieurs installations et à effectuer des visites sur le terrain si nécessaire. La connaissance de la langue française en tant que langue maternelle est requise. Capacité de synthèse et facilité à préparer des rapports et des présentations. Permis de conduire B1 et disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements occasionnels en France et à l'étranger.

As a member of the Head of the HSEQ Department at Plenitude Renewables you will be responsible for :
Identifying the appropriate strategy for environmental permits regarding the projects/activities to be implemented, in contact with regulatory bodies. Ensuring monitoring, mitigation and compensatory measures are properly implemented and liaising with regulatory bodies where necessary. Carrying out HSE evaluations, audits, and inspections, focused on environmental and basic health-safety topics. Ensure compliance with regulations relating to environmental management and provide recommendations to the operations and project development departments in the areas of agrivoltaics, biodiversity management, waste, water, noise, chemical/hazardous substances, and environmental management in general. In case of HSE accidents, adopt the appropriate immediate countermeasures, investigate, and report in line with Company best practice and in coordination with HSE department. Implementing environmental awareness campaigns to keep employees informed of hazards. Collaborating with the competent functions (all Company departments) for the collection and analysis of environmental data and feed the internal and external environmental reporting. Monitor applicable environmental legislation to early identify any significant changes. Carrying out environmental monitoring tasks for renewable energy generation facilities (wind farms and photovoltaic plants) and new energies in the development, construction, and operation phases. Processing or adaptation of environmental permits and management of requirements of the competent Administration. Implementing and maintenance of the HSE Management System and corporate reporting, with respect to environmental discipline.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
Master's or bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or environment. experience in the wind or photovoltaic sector in France, with a factual experience of managing the Environmental aspects of a project. Knowledge and experience in dealing with international standards like ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, training as a Quality, Environment or PRL auditor. Knowledge of HSE legislation in France with a special focus on Environmental requirements. Intermediate user level of the OFFICE package level, MS PROJECT, MS Teams, GIS. Advanced knowledge of English at the level of oral and written communication. Basic knowledge of the Spanish language would be an asset. Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, leadership capacity, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage information from many facilities and perform field visits when necessary. knowledge of the French language as a native is required. Capacity for synthesis and facility to prepare reports and presentations. B1 driving license and availability to make occasional trips both in France and abroad.
