What you'll do & Who you areEstamos buscando al/la mejor mejor In-house lawyer/ business partner del área legal para unirse a nuestro equipazo. Su principal misión será la colaboración y el asesoramiento al negocio siendo su partner de referencia en materia legal.
Reportará directamente a la Directora del área de Legal & Compliance y se responsabilizará de las siguientes funciones:
- Análisis de nuevas iniciativas en los sites de la compañía para identificar posibles riesgos y medidas a implementar, así como el seguimiento de las ya implementadas.
- Resolución de consultas legales de las distintas áreas (negocio, producto, marketing, ventas, tech)
- Colaboración en la optimización y creación de nuevos procesos y procedimientos en el área de Tech governance
- Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos con clientes, proveedores y colaboradores
- Análisis de las iniciativas en materia de protección de datos y privacidad, auditoría interna para su correcto mantenimiento, así como la llevanza de sus obligaciones formales (registros del tratamiento, Privacy Impact Assessments
- PIA's, etc.)
- Análisis y seguimiento de las normativas aplicables a la actividad de la compañía
- Preparación y mantenimiento de documentación interna (modelos de contratos, resumen de leyes y regulaciones relevantes, políticas de actuación y procedimientos internos), así como apoyo administrativo al departamento
- Gestión y seguimiento de procedimientos judiciales y administrativos
- Participación en proyectos del área legal
¿Qué valoramos?
- Licenciatura en Derecho, se valorará Máster en Derecho Internacional de los negocios o en Propiedad intelectual e Industrial
- Experiência mínima de 3 años desarrollando funciones similares en empresa multinacional
- Especialidad en derecho mercantil con conocimientos en contratación, ley de propiedad intelectual e industrial, protección de datos, publicidad, consumidores, usuarios, etc.
- Excelentes habilidades escritas y comunicativas
- Buenas habilidades de negociación e influencia
- Orientación al detalle y análisis de datos e información
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas, gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles
- Nível alto de inglés hablado y escrito
