We are seeking an experienced, passionate People Operations Manager to join the King Candy Crush Franchise (CCF) People Team.

This is a hybrid working role with you being based at any of our three key locations London, Stockholm or Barcelona.

Our amazing CCF People Team are ready to welcome you onboard into the Kingdom

Your role within the Kingdom:


The People Operations Manager will be accountable for analyzing and using data to define opportunities for us to make outstanding decisions, as well as delivering high quality operational experience to our CCF Kingsters.

In addition, you will be crafting and driving people's processes, process improvements, and operational excellence across the CCF function.

You will work on always striving to improve the CCF people team's efficiency, engagement and how we work as team (enablement).

Occasionally you will design and deliver projects across the organization.


You are going to be an integral part of working behind the scenes to solve problems, ensuring we have the relevant data and material to make fast, fluid and quality decisions.

Your role will be to support the VP People with Data insights, KIPS, Governance, OKRS and material creation towards key partners and team members.

To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in the following:

  • Data Analytics and Insights: Work with data systems and tools to manage, own and provide data insights on different people and business topics.
  • Excellent Operational skills: Process
- improvement, delivery, system management and integrations. Providing learning of these systems or tools for the team, based across multiple locations include driving change management across the People Team on changes, data insight, tool improvements and new releases.

  • Team effectiveness: Always looking at ways that the People Team and the wider CCF Team can improve our governance model. Drive initiatives to simplify, automate and improve processes and ways of working.
  • Drive data delivery: Create and maintain relevant important metrics, OKRs and insights to ensure that it's updated, tracked, and shared with relevant people. Review and track the progress of hitting targets, knowing what levers to pull to successfully deliver quality data and keep everyone aligned and informed.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Owning, analyzing and providing data insights on relevant people areas (I.e. attrition, hiring, diversity targets, OKRs etc.)
  • Contribute to problem solving within the CCF people team and the wider organisation by creating, providing data insights and relevant materials.
  • Create and provide materials to make high quality decisions.
  • Support the VP People
  • CCF with data insights, Governance, OKR's etc.
  • Create high quality material for the VP People and the CCF team which will be shared with stakeholders and across the organisation.
  • Occasionally you'll design and deliver projects across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across King to own data input, reporting and analyses.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across King to develop and improve processes and tools.
  • Delivering a world class Operational Experience for CCF Kingsters.
  • Ensure that everyone is trained and empowered to be effective throughout different processes (i.e. HRBPs, Manager and Employees).
  • Create and own guidance and materials for the organisation on "how to" which will supplement by core training.
  • Own data sources, documents and tools to ensure that it is always accurate and up to date.
