We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us deliver a stable, efficient, and creative environment for our game content creators.
You will be responsible for the "Art" Product Domain, which empowers game artists with the tools they need to create, iterate on, and manage stunning and immersive art assets.
As a Senior Product Manager in the Game Production organization, you will have an active role in defining our product strategy and building strong partnerships with our internal stakeholders and customers.
You will also be responsible for understanding user problems and needs based on data and collaboration with our Users, UX and Engineering teams.
King Product Managers work with cross- functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build products, for this reason we are looking for a Product Manager that values collaboration and moves quickly.
The Game Production organization belongs to part of the Kingdom we call Shared Tech.
The teams within Shared Tech work as B2B organizations working across all the technology that we use to power our live games, including data infrastructure, machine learning, payments infrastructure and the game engines themselves.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our major games and one of the largest game user bases in the world.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for the product space for the art workflow, which includes products such as the game engine editor and tech art tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal users, collaborators, and customers: capture needs, identify areas for collaboration, and communicate about strategies, plans, and releases.
- Identify important opportunities in collaboration with Games, Product Managers, Engineering, Product Design, Product Specialists and Data.
- Drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead product discovery and development activities in partnership with Engineering and UX.
- Support and motivate a team of engineers and other cross
- Coach and mentor junior product managers.
- Contribute to the overall product organization development.
