**Tes futures missions**:
En tant que Team Leader chez papernest, tu auras l'opportunité de diriger une équipe dynamique composée de 5 Account Managers (CDI, stages, et VIE) dédiés à nos partenaires sur le marché Français. Ta mission principale sera de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs mensuels en termes d'attrition du portefeuille, de taux d'activité et de chiffre d'affaires généré.

Ton rôle impliquera également
- Manager une équipe ayant pour responsabilité les portefeuilles les plus stratégiques sur le marché Français.
- La mise en place et le suivi d'une formation continue pour garantir la maîtrise de la technique de vente, du discours et des processus.
- L'accompagnement, la formation et la fédération de ton équipe à travers des on-boardings, des sessions de formation, l'écoute des appels, des challenges, etc.
- Une participation active aux processus RH, notamment dans le recrutement et les évaluations semestrielles.
- Une collaboration étroite avec les équipes Marketing, Produit, et Opérations pour remonter les bugs et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus.
- Une interaction régulière avec les autres équipes du département B2B, y compris Customer Care, Inside Sales & Strategic Partnership.

***Profil recherché**:

- Disponible le plus tôt possible
- Niveau de langues: natif en langue française - anglais courant
- Un minimum de deux années d'expérience dans la vente B2B
- Première expérience en management souhaitée
- Tu es un leader inspirant et tu maintiens une attitude positive
- Vision stratégique, capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à améliorer les processus
- Capacité à utiliser les outils CRM et à développer l'automatisation et l'analyse pour piloter ton équipe et avoir un impact
- Capacité de vente, orientation client et résultats, négociation et compétences en matière de communication

**Processus de recrutement**:

- Un 1er entretien en visio avec un des managers de l'équipe
- Un 2ème entretien en visio avec Cyril, Head of Account Management - France
- Un 3ème et dernier entretien en visio ou présentiel comportant un Business Case avec Cyril, David, VP of Sales, Geoffrey, Head of Account Management Europe.
