YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
You will be part of our Finance team in Barcelona.

You will help to cultivate the local company culture, and set new standards for our collaboration also within our global network at Porsche.

We have a beautiful office established in the center of Barcelona and also offer a flexible mobile working policy.

You have experience with

  • Assisting on procurement process manage with purchase requests, purchase orders and supplier communication and research
  • Performing invoicing and ensure the bookkeeping process
  • Preparing payment runs.
  • Managing and monitor employee expenses
  • Collaborating in month end close
  • Supporting the finance department in other daily tasks and processes

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE

  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a finance/accounting department _(international company or auditing firm)_
  • Knowledge of Spanish Accounting and Tax law
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High level of Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience in GL/AR/AP and month end closes
  • Positive "Can do" attitude, proactivity, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Previous experience in Procurement in a purchasing department.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
