¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Elaborar el presupuesto anual y efectuar el correspondiente control, analizando las desviaciones producidas y proponiendo correcciones.Reportar información financiera (informes periódicos, cuadros de mando, etc.) a la directiva de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la empresa.Diseñar y crear las herramientas del sistema de control de gestión para proporcionar información fiable, veraz y relevante para ayudar a la Dirección (General, Comercial y Financiera) a una eficiente toma de decisiones.Supervisar y coordinar los diferentes procesos contables, financieros y analíticos, periódicos y puntuales: cierre mensual, presupuesto, forecast, informes ad-hoc, etc.Colaborar con la Central de sociedad en el centro de Europa en intercambio de información financiera, informes de control de gestión, etc.Preparar información solicitada por otros usuarios internos.Apoyar /coordinar proyectos: por ejemplo el desarrollo de herramientas que agilicen el cierre contable (carga automática de gastos en SAP), la elaboración del mapa de riesgos, dentro del Proyecto Compliance de la empresa, etc.Participar en proyectos transversales e interdepartamentales¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Grado en en ADE, Económicas o Ciencias Empresariales. Valorable MBA Experiencia previa como Responsable de Controlling o en un puesto similar en los últimos 5 años. Conocimiento sólido de los principios contables y financieros.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.Fluidez en castellano e inglés (Advanced). Catalán valorable. SAP módulo Finanzas a nivel avanzado (CO y FI)Muy valorable: Conocimientos de derecho y fiscalidadConocimientos de legislación específica del sector farmacéuticoExcelencia y rigorHabilidades personales, sociales y de gestión de personasLiderazgoTrabajo en equipo ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
