What will you do at WebBeds?
WebBeds is the fastest-growing provider of accommodation distribution services in the travel industry. Their products encompass distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and more.
Their search API handles peaks of requests per second, each comprising numerous hotels, with ongoing expansion.
At WebBeds, the goal is to be at the forefront of technology, building platforms that meet the needs of Supply partners and customers. This entails leveraging cutting-edge tech such as .NET Core versions, K8S, microservices architecture, cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, proactive monitoring, and alerting systems.
The diverse delivery teams at WebBeds are empowered to tackle complex challenges creatively and are encouraged to strive for continuous improvement. These teams, comprising product owners, QA engineers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional members, work collaboratively and aim for innovative solutions daily.

In this position, you will:
Collaborate with the Accounting and Controlling Director to provide crucial financial analysis and support to WebBeds' Senior Finance team. Your role will involve offering valuable insights on Balance Sheet reconciliation, generating reports, evaluating balance sheet items, and conducting analysis to guide management decisions.
You will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of Balance Sheet Assets and Liabilities, supporting external audits, and maintaining control over ledger-to-financial reporting reconciliations. This role entails significant travel to global offices.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assess financial statements and general ledger details, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Review journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare account reconciliations, Balance Sheet account analysis, and monthly reports.
- Assist in managing audits conducted by external auditors.
- Resolve accounting issues, ensure policy compliance, and optimize financial accounting system functionality.
- Support special projects and migration initiatives into SAP environment.
- Standardize accounting processes and provide technical support to Finance team members.
