Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our new office in Spain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
This role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee our inspection services and ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily operations of inspection services, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inspectors and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to promote unit development, cooperation, and communication.Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of service delivery. Act as the focal point with customers, fully understanding contractual obligations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Resource Management:
Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting to optimize operational performance. Manage budgets and forecasts.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all inspection activities, implementing corrective actions as needed. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
Compliance:
Ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant by staying updated with industry regulations and standards
Strategic Planning:
Formulate strategic and operational objectives to drive business growth. Examine financial data to improve profitability.
P&L Management:
Take full responsibility for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure the financial health of the operations
Team Development:
Identify training and development needs for team members and support the creation and implementation of development plans
Recruitment and Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including employees and subcontractors. Increase the subcontractor network to enhance service delivery.
Customer Service Improvement:
Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Flex Compensation Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the inspection or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Experience with local customers and in the renewables sector is a plus.
