Qué buscamos:
Buscamos un/a CMO que sea capaz de:
- Liderar un equipo de B2B Inbound que será el motor de crecimiento para 202
- Elevar la marca de Twenix al mid-market B2B destacando la propuesta de valor ante competidores, así como adaptarla a los diferentes mercados internacionales en los que operamos (Italia)
- Diseñar una estrategia de crecimiento adaptada a la realidad del negocio consiguiendo métricas saludables
Responsabilidades:
- Definir, liderar y coordinar la estrategia global B2B y visión de marketing en los diferentes mercados en los que operamos a corto, medio y largo plazo
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el desarrollo de marca entre los diferentes stakeholders de Twenix (empleados, clientes, profesores ) junto a agencia de branding externa
- Coordinar a los diferentes departamentos (Content, Paid, Design) para alinear la estrategia de marketing en base a unos objetivos medibles y cuantificables
- Desarrollar la estrategia y supervisar los diferentes canales de captación a nível online y offline (Paid, Eventos, PR, Nurturing, SEO, B2C2B, Exteriores )
- Gestionar el control de las diferentes KPIs de los departamentos en colaboración con Revenue Ops, asegurando los ratios de conversión y el no de SQLs previstos en el plan de negocio
- Colaborar con otros departamentos claves de la empresa para contribuir al desarrollo del negocio (Producto, ventas, finanzas )
- Gestión del presupuesto de marketing para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y métricas saludables
- Implementar procesos en las diferentes áreas de marketing, implementando playbooks y organización en el departamento.
Must have:
- Estarás en continua comunicación con diferentes personas internacionales de la organización, por lo que nível alto de inglés es necesario
- Más de 5 años de experiência liderando equipos de marketing
- Te manejas en un ambiente de alto crecimiento y sabes lo que supone escalar a un ritmo de 23x año a año
- Eres capaz de analizar los datos y supervisar el controlling del equipo
- Tienes experiência habiendo sido partícipe en la creación de marcas exitosas en B2B
- Vienes del mundo startup
