HR Administrator

Join our global TUI Musement People Services team as an
HR Administrator - People Services for Switzerland where you will support contracting our posted staff working in our various destinations around the world.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Data maintenance in SAP (entries, exits and destination changes)
• Various administrative activities including confirmations, terminations, agreements and preparation of reports
• Cooperation with various interfaces such as payroll, reward, recruitment and placement
• Participation in local as well as international HR projects

ABOUT YOU

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrable previous experience in business administration tasks
• Empathy, honesty and transparency should be part of your personality
• SAP experience is an advantage
