The primary mission of the Business Analyst role is to interpret and analyze data pertaining to online sales, ensuring region-wide consistency and providing actionable insights to all B.com teams.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Take charge of business performance evaluations by Brand and market, conducting regular reviews
- Create and maintain a comprehensive suite of e-commerce performance dashboards for use by key stakeholders
- Offer an overview of e-commerce performance for top management
- Combine data from various sources for analysis
- Track key business KPIs such as sales data, transaction trends, AOV, ROI, traffic, and profitability
- Analyze performance per Category, Brand, and Affiliate
- Conduct product analysis and share insights with relevant teams
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance, customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with web analysts to create a comprehensive business and web performance report
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for special campaigns like Black Friday
- Conduct competitor analysis based on inputs from Customer Insights teams
- Assist in sales forecasting over a 3-year horizon
- Ensure data quality and support Regional Online Managers with metric consistency
- Provide support in business analysis activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in building reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with BI environments like PowerBI, Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
