Funciones:
Apoyo a la gestión de la cartera de proyectos internos del PSPO que incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes actividades:

  • Apoyar y guiar a todos los equipos de PSPO involucrados para garantizar una definición y ejecución precisas del proyecto.
  • Definición de planes de proyecto con hitos y actividades claros.
  • Supervisar el progreso del proyecto, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia PSPO, los plazos y las herramientas disponibles.
  • Optimizar la asignación de recursos e identificar sinergias entre equipos y partes interesadas.
  • Identificar los riesgos del proyecto y proponer soluciones efectivas.
  • Proporcionar informes semanales sobre el estado del proyecto, manteniendo informados a los interesados.
  • Ayudar a los líderes de diferentes capítulos relevándolos de las tareas de la PMO.

Requisitos:

  • Más de 5 años de experiência como IT PM preferiblemente en el sector Pharma
  • Amplios conocimientos en metodologías ágiles
  • IMPRESINDIBLE: Nível alto de inglés
