What you'll do:


We are looking for a driven Regional Business Director to build and lead a team in our Madrid office servicing a global client
(Japan Tobacco International) and their local markets.


You will work alongside our Digital Account Directors, the digital SMEs and their delivery team for CRO, SEO,eCRM, Adobe Commerce/magento, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager and digital content.


  • Building client relationships and using strategic partnerships to drive growth
  • Developing a clear understanding of the clients' business priorities
  • Creating and owning clear strategic plans for our accounts to ensure longterm profitability and growth is maximised, delivering to company goals and targets
  • Managing and owning the commercials across your client portfolio to ensure the profitability targets are achieved
  • Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the account is managed and set up efficiently
  • Providing weekly growth updates, including revenue forecasts, operational performance updates, KPI's and resource plans
  • Leading, developing and training circa 4 direct reports

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in client services or account management with a proven trackrecord of building longterm, mutuallybeneficial relationships
  • Experience within the FMCG/Tobacco industry is preferred
  • Impeccable knowledge of digital marketing and the key digital channels and their challenges e.g. CRO, SEO,eCRM, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager and digital content.
  • Good knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
  • A firm understanding of ecommerce and the challenges particular to online retail
  • Full understanding of entire endtoend digital marketing process from client strategic requirement to delivery crosschannels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to critically evaluate financial and commercial risks and benefits of current business relationships and development opportunities, as well as influencing and negotiating
Ability to deconstruct problems and craft solutions within the context of a strategic objective, appreciating both the big picture and the details of any given situation

  • Experienced user of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
