TGRC has partnered with a leading IPP to seek an experienced Land Scouting profile with more than 2 years of experience in the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential new land sites.
- Negotiate with land owners rental or acquisition contracts.
- Assess the feasibility of certain land characteristics, evaluation size, potential capacity, condition of energy infrastructure).
- Communicate with land owners and local authorities.
- Negotiate joint venture opportunities to acquire new sites and build client relationships.
Qualifications:
- A University degree is compulsory.
- Knowledge of the last legislation updates in the area.
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 3050% of the time.
- Experience working with remote teams and in crosscultural environments.
- Proven experience in business development and building client relationships.
