En esta ocasión queremos incorporar a un/a
Data Anlyst en nuestro equipo de Data

Tus funciones y responsabilidades serán:

Extraer y analizar datos para proporcionar
conclusiones aplicables al
negocio.
-
Desarrollar
visualizaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
-
Colaborar con diferentes equipos (
negocio,
tecnología y producto ) para extraer y recoger datos que permitan
comprender y
predecir el comportamiento de los usuarios.
-
Asesorar a stakeholders de distintas áreas en la
toma de decisiones en base a la evidencia.
-
Medir el impacto de las distintas
acciones tomadas sobre el producto y detectar oportunidades de mejora.

  • Defender una
    cultura de empresa basada en los datos. Implantar y promover buenas prácticas en el análisis de los datos.

Por eso buscamos a alguien como tú:

  • Formación mínima necesaria: Titulación universitaria en análisis de datos, ingeniería, estadística, matemáticas, física, economía, informática o similar.
  • Experiência mínima necesaria: 2 años en departamentos de data, business intelligence o similar.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas y sistemas informáticos.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de SQL.
  • Nível alto de conocimiento de estadística y visualización de datos.
  • Nível medio de inglés.

  • Experiência en herramientas automatizadas de visualización de datos, como Tableau o similares.
  • Experiência trabajando con Python aplicado al análisis de datos. Conocimientos de Machine Learning

  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido, con base en nuestras oficinas de Palma o Madrid.
  • Al año tendrás 24 días laborables de vacaciones + el día de tu cumpleaños libre + 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.
  • Gozar de una jornada intensiva con entrada flexible de 8.00h a 9.00h y salida entre las 16.30h y las 17.30h de lunes a jueves y entre las 14.00 hs y las 15.00 hs los viernes. Flexibilidad para adaptar el horario a las reuniones con clientes
