Job Location(s): San Sebastian, ESAs our new Quality and After Sales Manager, you will manage a team of 7 direct reports that will provide the knowledge for process&tools and guidance to protect customers brand and strengthen own organization quality culture.

Helping everyone else to play their part in pursuing excellence by making sure, that customers and stakeholders' needs are met and ideally, that their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Furthermore, your other areas of responsibility will be:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through CLI (Customer Loyalty Index) and Customer rewards/certifications.
  • Achieve the targets set for customer quality related KPIs, metrics & measures including execution of related Must Win Battles.
  • Compliance to IATF 16949 within the agreed scope of certification.
  • Compliance to customer specific requirements (CSR).
  • Perform as a manager / leader (Voice) including execution of employees' development.
  • Ensure a structure that engineers (Quality, Design and Process) are trained and competent in IATF core quality tools.
  • Reduce total COPQ (Internal, Supplier and External) to a minimum.

Background & Skills:

To be successful in this position, you:

  • hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 10 or more years of experience in Quality functions along with Six sigma green belt certification.
- are certified internal auditor as per ISO 9001 / IATF 1694- have a good understanding and working experience in Quality, as well as of drawings and measurement techniques.
- have knowledge about 7 step Kaizen, 8D Process, 7 QC tools or similar problem-solving techniques. On hand experience on PPAP and APQP practices. Experience in Quality Management System.

Your personal drive-in continues improvement process is crucial. You are willing to make changes, and you are result-driven.

Act as an ambassador for Quality in the local leadership team motivates you, and communication and cooperation are among your major strengths.

You have a can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills.
