Human Resources Representative

  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Prepare HRrelated paperwork, such as employment contracts, benefits enrolment forms etc.
  • Provide administrative support for industrial relations activities, including maintaining records of grievances, disputes, and resolutions.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, updating HRIS systems and performance management processes.
  • Assist with HR/IR related projects by analyzing data and providing status reports.
  • Prepare HRrelated reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a teamoriented approach.
