TareasResponsabilidades:
Análisis y control de billing: Análisis de diferentes sistemas y tendencias de billing. Implementación, depuración y entrega de cambios de facturación (plataforma, operadores, brokers).
Mejora del éxito en el cobro:
Mejorar los procesos de billing y rebilling para aumentar la efectividad en el cobro
Soporte y análisis del servicio:
Análisis de resultados de campañas. Soporte a BI, marketing y prestación de servicios en diferentes países.
Búsqueda de soluciones adecuadas:
Identificar y aplicar soluciones para alcanzar los mejores niveles de servicio (throughput, conectividad directa, brokers)
Reporting:
Gestión de la prestación de servicios, calidad e incidencias. Mantenimiento del entorno DWH, ETLs y reporting.
RequisitosExperiencia previa en un rol similar de al menos 1 año.
Conocimiento de técnicas y herramientas para mejorar la efectividad en el cobro.
Capacidad para analizar resultados de campañas y proporcionar soporte a BI, marketing y prestación de servicios.
Experiencia con throughput, conectividad directa y brokers.
Capacidad para interpretar datos y realizar análisis detallados.
Conocimientos en SQL, Excel avanzado y otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
Habilidad en la generación de reportes sobre prestación de servicios, calidad e incidencias.
Experiencia en el mantenimiento de entornos de Data Warehouse (DWH), procesos de extracción, transformación y carga (ETL) y herramientas de reporting.
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Informática o campo relacionado.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
