Funciones:
- En dependencia del equipo de Marketing y colaborando con el equipo de Tecnología se encargará de desarrollar la estrategia de cliente para todo el ecosistema Iskaypet: tiendas, online, clínicas, peluquerías y hospital veterinario.
- Trabajar de forma coordinada con las áreas implicadas para llevar a cabo los proyectos relacionados con el cliente de forma exitosa.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto dentro del ecosistema digital de IskayPet.
- Alinear con los diferentes stakeholders las estrategias de producto y las prioridades para el desarrollo y cumplimiento del roadmap.
- Conseguir impactar en las métricas del negocio según objetivos.
- Gestionar correctamente los diferentes equipos y sus expectativas.
- Capacidad para dividir las diferentes iniciativas en bloques pequeños de aportaciones de producto que permitan ir validando paso a paso las hipótesis planteadas.

- Habilidad para lograr objetivos en un ambiente desafiante.
- Conocimiento de desarrollo de producto digital y/o background técnico que te ayude a entender la complejidad del producto y te permita comunicarte de forma clara con los desarrolladores.
- Te encanta resolver problemas complejos de forma creativa teniendo en cuenta la experiência del usuario, los recursos tecnológicos y las necesidades comerciales.
- Alta capacidad de análisis, tomas tus decisiones basadas en datos y estudios de clientes y usuarios, pero también confías en tu intuición.
- Eres una persona proactiva, resolutiva y disfrutas de los nuevos retos que se puedan presentar en el día a día.
- Te gusta trabajar en equipo, en ambientes de desarrollo ágil, aportando y compartiendo con tus compañeros.
Requisitos:
Requerimientos:
- Experiência de al menos 3 años como Product Manager sobre productos B2C (Tiendas, Web y App).
- Se valorará también experiência previa en equipos de Marketing, sobre todo en áreas relacionadas con estrategia de cliente.
- Tener habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas para formar opiniones basadas en datos
- Experiência trabajando con OKRs, KPIs y Leading indicators
- Experiência trabajando sobre frameworks agile (por ejemplo: Scrum, Kanban y Scrumban )
- Experiência con herramientas de gestión de tareas (por ejemplo: Jira)
- Valorable experiência en plataformas de productos digitales de Salesforce: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud y Service Cloud.
- Valorable conocimiento en SQL, Python
