Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes internacionales dentro del sector belleza y cosmética en la búsqueda de un perfil de Store Manager.
La ubicación es un punto de venta con 5-10 personas a su cargo en Valladolid reportando a la dirección de zona.
Realizará las siguientes funciones:
- Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.
- Gestión y coordinación de la actividad comercial.
- Control de indicadores de venta y planes de acción.
- Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stock en la tienda, con el fin de conseguir los presupuestos y los resultados definidos por la compañía.
- Dirección del personal, motivar, formar y comunicación con su equipo de vendedores.
Requisitos:
- Deberá aportar una experiência mínima de 3 años como Store Manager.
- Conocimientos y pasión por el mundo Beauty, Skincare, etc.
- Conocimientos de KPIs y planes de acción para la consecución de objetivos.
- Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
- Orientación resultados.
- Inglés valorable
